The Obsoletes: libpackagekit-qt ... should be Obsoletes: packagekit-qt ... 2. drop extraneous Provides: qpackagekit = %{version}-%{release} Provides: qpackagekit-devel = %{version}-%{release} that's the implicit name of the (sub)package already.
