To be clear, I am not talking about the FUSE library itself but the actual
kernel module that sits on top of the library. That module itself is under CDDL
since this is not a rewrite but a port of the original codebase. GPLv2 and CDDL
are incompatible. I don't think sticking a LGPL library in-between otherwise
incompatibly licensed code bases would free them of the requirements of one of
the licenses. I would like Red Hat Legal to confirm this. Have they?
