Honestly there are some interesting issues that crop up, such as which of the noarch packages gets used? The one from the i386 build, the x86_64 build, one of the PPC builds, or something else? There's no guarantee that they're the same; unless significant care is taken they will almost always differ in the timestamps of the included files and may differ in more significant ways.
