Please notify upstream about them. I've looked at the problematic files (with UNKNOWN licences) and found two notable issues: /src/utils/lib/md5.{c,h} are under Zlib licence, so you need to add "Zlib" to the License: tag. ./src/utils/lib/md4.h is under a licence I wasn't able to identify which doesn't explicitly give permission to distribute modified versions which seems to make it non-free.
