The process document at http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Package_Review_Process doesn't seem to suggest that I need to be sponsored. If that document is out of date, and I need to obtain the account and/or sponsorship of which you speak, I'd appreciate it if you could point me to more up-to-date documentation on the process.
