Hi, thanks for maintaining an rpm of my module :) the dependency on Test::Builder::Tester is only needed to run the regression tests. Otherwise they'll fail due to bugs in Test::Builder::Tester. For the proper operation of Test::LongString you don't need Test::Builder::Tester at all.
