I'm not sure what the rules are about logos (you can try asking
fedora-advisory-board or fedora-art-list about those), but our mediawiki
theme is available at

http://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.git/?p=fedora-web.git;a=tree;f=fedoraproject.org/mediawiki

You can clone the entire git repository with:

git clone git://git.fedorahosted.org/git/fedora-web.git
and all of the theme files are in
fedora-web/fedoraproject.org/mediawiki/ (although note that that theme
references some files from http://fedoraproject.org/)
