We'll be caching more aggressively tonight for tomorrow's F-11 release. This will mostly have impact on the wiki. It basically means you might have to wait for several minutes before a change you make to the wiki to actually show up. This is a temporary measure and will return to normal a day or two after the launch and load on the servers has gone down.
