seems to be a networking problem

 

add this line to your /etc/modprobe.conf in your domU

 

alias eth0 xennet

 

and try to boot your domU again.

        I put img file on hda2 and swap on hda1. Now DomU started booting but

but i am still having problems... See below the last lines
