For the moment, Australia's off the list, sorry :). 

But when discussing places where I haven't lived/visited, the word "yet" 
happens an awful lot.

Your brother is well within the required distance.  And he wouldn't be the 
first sibling I've met.  When I lived in Swindon, UK I got a book signed  in 
Oxford for someone on the list; his sister also lived in Swindon at the time.
