Thats stupid. It is ok to continue OT threads but not start it.
That's the list rules.
You kill an OT by not replying as you have said many times. You
change the rule to suit you.
You accused me of doing something which was false. Sorry, but that's
something I can't stand.
Many times you tell people off, including me, for continuing OT
emails.
Only for people who post Off Topic posts, not for threads that go Off
Topic. Those are the rules.
