OMG I hope they do it I LOVED that game ( in fact I just re played it before xmas in dos box ).any news on this would be welcome !

I read on Neal Hallfor'd FB that he and John Cutter have been thinking of making an official remake of BaK for its 20th anniversary, but that the rights to it simply aren't available from your end. So is this a case of won't, or can't? If it's "can't", is it the type of problem we could hope would get resolved in the future? Ever? :/
