A genuine plague on society, Toddlers & Tiaras I think is the worst by far!

I bailed on any interest in Syfy (we pronounce it seefee) years back,
but not because of comedic sci-fi. In fact, comedic sci-fi has a long
history, including such amazing works as Hitchhiker's, White Dwarf,
Lost in Space and Firefly.

That said, it would be amazing to see anything even remotely like B-5
anywhere. SG-1 never really cut it for me, but then sci-fi TV fails
just as much as any other serialized genre.

What we really need is a more intelligent audience. Sure, there are
those of us with a ton of brainpower who love our shows, but TV wants
a larger audience than we can provide. It's a cultural problem of
which this is only one tiny symptom.
