OK, I found it. Last place I looked... Anyone heard from John? If he has any copies available then that would mean no one has to miss out.
I'll take some photos of it tomorrow. It has got a couple of flaws - some creases, particularly to the front and back covers, and a small watermark in the corner of the front cover. The pages with the story on are pretty good though, thankfully. This was the first copy I bought (took me about 5 years to find it) then an excellent condition copy came up not long after and so I bought that too, and thats the one i'm keeping! I'll take lots of photos so you can see whats what.
