Google Fiber (https://fiber.google.com/about/). Most of Kansas City, KS is
eligible, and parts of the Kansas City, MO metro area. $120/month gets you
1Gb down/up plus TV. $300 install fee (to run the fiber to your house),
but it's waived if you sign a 2-year agreement.

I live in the county adjacent to Kansas City, KS, so I have to stick with
U-verse until Google spreads out a bit. I would sign up now if I could.
Other providers can't really compete with this.
