There's one in my mom's backyard, aimed at her house. The city
ordinances in San Carlos are such that if you want to take out a tree
that is greater in diameter then 10" (25cm), you need planning
permission to do so. Also, taking out a tree that big (hers is about
36" [90cm]) is rather expensive.
So we have a pool, direction it lands, and cost to repair (either
fences, house, or 3d party house). The 3d party house is the dark
horse candidate, as the tree would have to fall uphill.

can have the wood :)
