I've just accepted that happens occasionally when I'm out (rarely) and the rest 
of the time I'm fine.

That is my only tuff time now with the whole non-smoking is when I drink!  So 
far I've gotten thru it but it's been tuff!

I was fortunate in that it wasn't hard for me to stop MOST of the time. For me, 
it was a habit that went with alcohol, so whenever happy came around at the end 
of the week, I started feeling really strong urges. Thankfully I never fell 
back into it once I decided it was time to stop smoking.
