I recently finished ACI on my Nook and didn't notice any continuity
errors.  IIRC, Pug sends Amirantha and Sandreena back to Sorcerer's Isle
and then Magnus joins him on the Island of Snakes.

But I did read it in a hurry (page-turner, you know) and I was very tired.
Even so, it seemed to flow properly to me.  I usually notice continuity
errors like neon signs.
