Although I havn't got my diry little hands on it yet, I fully commiserate has 
it been that long. Like many others I have read & reread ad infinitum, bought 
new replacement copies, the 2nd hand bookshops NZ are excellent in very good 
order sources. Probably could have bought a new house with books on shelf. Read 
& enjoy with a packet of tissues.
