Catz rule I dont think so. Had just made & hung net curtains in my bedroom (no 
lace or flowers) $100 worth, & 2 hours lata my cat tore them to shreds trying 
to climb in the window.   

Yeah perhaps they do rule because I couldn't catch him to strangle him, old cat 
too, he lived till 20 years
