'88?  That was the one that used the Geoff Taylor paperback art for the dust 
wrap, if memory serves.  I have no idea what the print run was, but probably 
under 1,500 as I believe it was more of a special promotion than a direct sale. 
 When John's back in the group you can ask him as he keeps more detailed 
publication info than I do.

I know that Harper (Granada, Grafton, Collins, etc.) has put out at least a 
half-dozen hardcovers in the last 30 years.  The only rare one is the '83 1st 
edition, which had maybe 500 or so printed in sync with the "limp" trade 
paperback which did quite well.  You're the first person to suggest the '88 
reprint might be collectable, for what that's worth.
