David,
Ive actually used these guys too http://www.bookdepository.co.uk/
Im in New Zealand and our medical books are like $480 (half the price from book
depository) but ive ordered Ray,s books as well as my work books thru here and
its free delivery world wide. Ive never had an issue with them. Great service
as well and the cost is cheaper than buying in NZ :).
Again ive only ever waited 2 weeks for delivery.

The artwork was INCREDIBLE.......and
it was narrated by Magnus :).
Totally looks fantastic.
I have it
saved in pdf on my desk top but dont know how to link it here on this
mailing list without making it an attachment (which is a big NO no).
