I got my advanced copy a couple of weeks back. The official imprint is HarperDesign and the US cost is $26.99. No fold out maps. We talked about that early on in the process, but production costs were prohibited. What happens is Amazon is anxious to get info up as soon as possible, sometimes even before a book is finished, retitled, changed in cover art, etc. To illustrate my point, go to Amazon and search on "Atlas of Midkemia." As I won't go through the BS to create an author's page, I can't tell them it's a non-existent title. BTW, they claim it was published in 2009. Best, R.E.F.
