With me it depends on my wrist/hand. I broke my right wrist about 8 yeas ago and it didn't heal right. As a result I can get some serious discomfort turning into pain quickly if I don't pay attention. So, as for example, when I went on my UK and Australian tours when 300 people line up with multiple books, it's "signature only," or I'm crap the next day.
