Authors Guild brought the suit and I wan't a part to it. If Google does as it states, just creates this data base for searches, and you want information on a topic and you can get it that way, fair use applies. it's the idea of entire libraries being converted to digital form without permission that's made AG twitchy. If people contrive a way to download entire titles off Google's database, expect more lawsuits. Best, R.E.F.
