ok, I sent these responses, and got a Lyris list-manager telling me that
I'd double posted and so didn't push them out to the list.  Did anyone get
these?

Well, no, because barcodes and ISBNs didn’t start becoming “normal” until
after it was published.

The common idea is that there were only about 2000 of those printed.  I
have 3 and I paid, on average, about $700 for each … a decade ago.

So yeah: Rarity.  Not to lose, damage or or let the dogs play with.  Keep
out of the reach of children.

Although, I'm looking at one that /does/ have an ISBN on the back.  Let me
check the others... ok, hm.

Mine all do have an ISBN.  I can guarantee that two of these are actual
originals and not in any way counterfeits (because I bought them directly
from Ray).

John (of Crydee)?  Do you have any copies without an ISBN?
