Not only did Goldmann not pick up the new titles, other German languages publishers also declined. This is a business issue. I can't "bother" anyone into making a deal they don't want to make. Let me make this clear: I am not "dropping" the German market. The German market has dropped me. Now, it's happened before. These things go in cycles. I expect one day someone will decide to pick up the titles. Best, R.E.F.
