Wilson "Bob" Tucker put so many people he knew in his books that the practice 
of naming a character after a real person has come to be known as 
"Tuckerization," or "being Tuckerized."

No.  I have no interest in as a rule, though I've done it . . . maybe three 
times early on as a bit of a personal nod and wink.
