I have. Several times over the last 30 years. In fact, last time we were both here at ComiCon.
Someone handed one of those to me at the L.A. Writers expo and Megan was sitting next to me and the guy handed to here as a joke. She turned to the indicia page and printed, “Not me!” next to the copyright. Every one of the titles in that series was cocked up in the indica, so that not one author had it correct in that series.
