Thanks guys...apologies for the confusion!!

What threw me is that bookdepository has the hardcover version consistently
available on pre-order...so I thought it was still being produced.

now that I know, I guess the only option is to get the digital editions,
although it depends...Ray, do you get a portion of the profits? If so i
will purchase, but if not then I may just leave it.
