Tourism is back up to pre Katrina levels, dining and bars are back up(and over) to pre-Katrina levels, heck even our murder rate is back up to pre-katrina levels! Don't worry about the murders though, the gangbanger's keep that mostly in the eastern half of the city, it's kind of like their Thunderdome.
