Yes, it’s been asked before, but that’s OK because it hasn’t been asked in a 
very long time.

I’m not a fan of prequels, because you have to concoct a story that somehow 
blends in with the existing stories, yet provides new entertainment.   

Given that all the Valheru material in the series was flashbacks to the 
original Chaos Wars, there’s not much else to write about.  Given the weirdness 
of Drakin-Korin and Ashen-Shugar were the most noteworthy of events in the 
Valheru history, not a lot of interesting stuff left.
