- Refined, so that version number only has to be changed once per
new upstream release.
- Removed copying of database files.
* debian/patches/10_cronjob.dpatch: Modified to patch against drupal
5.1, and added patch description.
* debian/etc/*: Updated for drupal 5.1.

* Set apache2 as default web server.
