Please note that although it is encouraging to see code contributed to flesh out the OSGi functionality, such things do need to be properly contributed.
All substantial contributions must be handled in similar manner as described under http://incubator.apache.org/ip-clearance/. I see that people are offering, and that the project is voting on accepting, but the rest of the paperwork must be addressed. In fact, it seems that you have some retroactive work to do, as there appear to have been some substantial contributions without a software grant. --- Noel
