John Conlon commented on FELIX-16: ---------------------------------- The Initial Provisioning service interacts with the Permission Admin Serivce if it exists on the platform. The R4 spec 110.2 states that the Provisioning Service must give the Management Agent AllPermission before starting. (implying interaction with the Permission Admin if it is running.) Section 110.5 also describes how the Management Agent interacts with Permission Admin. The Felix R4 Service Implementations says we are using the OSGi reference Permission Admin service.
