BJ Hargrave updated FELIX-1:
----------------------------
Attachment: org.osgi.patch
The OSGi Alliance recently decided to change the license of the OSGi companion
code from EPL to Apache License 2.0. I have attached a patch for the org.osgi
folder in trunk to update all the files to the most recent version including
the Apache License 2.0 notice.
This patch will remove all OSGi EPL licensed source files.
[Patch was prepared with SmartSVN]

> We must resolve OSGi licensing issues prior to Incubator graduation. The two
> main items are:
> 1. OSGi Service Platform R4 specification sources ("companion code") must be
> released under a license that clearly allows free distribution and
> implementation.
> 2. OSGi Service Platform R4 specification document ("specification") must
> have a license that clearly allows free distribution and implementation.
> Both items will be resolved in the R4 release. In particular, the companion
> code will be released under the EPL.
