In an effort to try to focus our energy on the tasks that need to be
done for an initial release of Felix, I have created a "0.8.0" version
in JIRA and started to assign some issues to it, see:

I have no idea if I am going about things correctly, but I figured it
was better to try to do something than nothing. The addition/removal of
issues is open for debate. The important thing in my mind is to just get
a release out the door so we can all learn from the experience and also
make it easier for people to see what we have been up to.
Please review the outstanding issues for the 0.8.0 release and see if
there are places you can contribute. Any and all help is greatly
appreciated.
