Eventually we need to move the "simple" bundle into the Felix repo and
extend it to have a windows native library too. But for now, it is
probably easiest just to do your work under Linux if possible. You can
grab the simple bundle from the Oscar bundle repository or from the
Oscar 1.0.5 release...it should work fine with Felix...at worst it might
need its imports updated.
