One tiny pain of the tlp resolution is that it puts (...) around the emails and not <...> which is what the committee-info.txt file. To save on that pain, and to make it easier to answer these questions in the future:
https://svn.apache.org/repos/private/committers/board/templates/ I've used the Harmony one for the podling resolution, and the Velocity/MINA one for the subproject resolution. The only difference between the two is in the last two stanzas where it refers to the previously responsible PMC/Project. In the subproject ones we say project, in the podling ones, PMC. Should they all be PMC? (ie: shall I just merge the two files)? Hen On 12/29/06, Greg Stein <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
[changing cc from felix-private to felix-dev... there is nothing private about this] Please take a look at the Harmony TLP resolution in the October board minutes: http://www.apache.org/foundation/records/minutes/2006/board_minutes_2006_10_25.txt You can construct a resolution for Felix from that.
