Attaching a patch supporting configurability:
* Query Config Admin for configuration
* Listen to configuration changes and deactivate/activate on event
* ComponentContext.getProperties returns private Dictionary as required by
the spec
This patch also contains support for the Bundle.getBundleContext() method,
which seems to be coming with OSGi 4.1 (see
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FELIX-158) and which is already
implemented in the framework's BundleImpl class.
