Hi, I take it that compiling felix with Mingw doesn't work, well, because it didn't.
The configure script seemed to think it was a WIN32 build environment, and then tried to test the WIN32 comile with ... CL.EXE. I poked around a bit and tried the ./configure --build=cygwin ... and that looked like it might work but bombed at a certain point saying it couldn't find config/config.py.
