Right now I'm just talking about the regression tests, not getting rid 
of iscr. That's a separate issue. We'd just be  streamlining adding 
regression tests.

Looking at the code, the only real thing we gain with iscr for the 
regressions are the categories. We could put that info in a metadata 
file that mk could read in. This metadata could be pretty useful. We 
could add search paths, run options, and etc.

I really like the ocamlbuild stuff. I hope it really is as easy and 
powerful as it sounds.
