Tarball for 1.1.3_rc4 is now up. Please test!
Known problems:
webserver doesn't run properly on Cygwin:
* apparently using poll demuxer,
but that appears to work on Linux
webserver doesn't run on Windows native
* this won't be fixed for this release
it is because some of the API isn't
abstracted and some necessary routines
are only available for Posix at the moment
webserver on BSD, Solaris: unknown
I expect more work to be done for the next release on the
streams like abstraction, including some remodelling, and better
integration with platform specifics.
