Really what we should be doing is make a release branch for 1.1.3/1.02.00/whatever. We'd freeze new features for it, and only port over bug fixes from the head branch. From this branch we'd make the release candidates and the final release. This then would be copied into the tag directory to mark it as finished. Do you know the revision number of the version you sent Mike?
