Eh .. that looks good. Only caveats are:

(a) performance testing is problematic on a shared box,
    and we won't have multi-cpu access 

(b) we probably need much less bandwidth and much more RAM

For example MLton requires 2G ram to build. It's not clear
Felix will run with only 256Meg.
