I agree, but the problem is resourcing. We're not using tickets, 
the wiki online appears to work but i have no idea how to
back it up. At present its bad enough managing documentation
(the current mechanism requires renumbering and stuff).

It's not worth managing infrastructure for 1 or 2 developers.

Furthermore web based resources (ticketing systems etc) are very
bad for me due to slow internet. That's why I read mail using a proper
mail reader, not a web browser. It's why I use mail a lot. My interaction
is on my own comp, the mail I/O is buffered in the background.
Same with repository push/pull/commits.
