Renting a Windows box from Rackspace means you have to set up all the
software, the build system, etc. yourself. When something breaks, fix it
yourself. If you pay Rackspace a bunch more money they'll manage it for
you, I'm sure. But compared to something like CloudBees or AppHarbor or
some other Web 2.0 services which offer you a certain amount of build power
for free, it's a lot more costly.
