Yes, that reminds me---Terrie's mail, for example, perhaps because of the
graphics, nearly always ends up in the 'spam' file on my work computer.
Luckily I asked the IT people at work (and they agreed) to make sure the
spam wasn't automatically deleted for ever before i got a chance to check
it, and that was when they created the new file for it. That was how I
realized that legit emails like Terrie's were being filtered along with the
spam. The trouble is that I often forget to check the spam box for days.
