I think maybe they started Simon on Elspar because his liver was already very compromised by the lymphoma and Elspar is not processed through the liver. When his liver values came down from responding to the Elspar and steroids, he got vincristine, which he responded to even better, the first time. I hope Shelby responds well. Please keep us updated!
