Actually Kat, you CAN hunt hunters! You just have to be creative about, and bring a partner.
I've hunted with perfume filled water balloons....one small splash of Jeanatte or Les Flours and a hunter is done for the day! :) Also...its fun to sneek up on them with air horns just as they are taking their aim.... You just have to be prepared and smart to make certain their are no hunting "accidents" tho...never put them or you (an extremely ticked off hunter can be a very dumb animal) in danger.
My favorites are the BIG MEN that hunt at night...you know the ones who pull off the side of the road with deer in their headlights.....first time I used my 4 on the fly- 4 wheel drive! WHOOboy! watch'em scatter!

(aka death benefits) and they should be "fair game" if caught hunting
out of season, or hunting in a no trespassing area, or hunting endangered

(I do not mean to insult the hunters who follow the rules and use all
